Robe Roadshow Hits Switzerland
The Light & Sound 2008 exhibition in beautiful Luzern provided the ideal opportunity for Robe’s Swiss distributor AudioTech to host ‘The Future Is Digital’ roadshow in October, and also to showcase the new DigitalSpot 3000 and 7000 DT digital moving light for the first time in the country.
AudioTech’s booth featured a simple and noticeably different visual concept based on a Cuban theme, with a full sized ‘strand’ hut in the centre of the stand, complete with spiders, birds and foliage. This was imaginatively lit with Robe 700 Series Spot and Wash moving lights as well as the DigitalSpots, and used for all the technical talks and hospitality.
The exhibition was well attended by a wide cross section of the industry – from rental and production companies to designers and programmers, all of whom were very interested in and inspired by Robe’s new products and ideas.
