ROBE’s ‘The Future is Digital’ roadshow continues apace, kicking off 2009 in great style in Romania with seminars hosted by exclusive distributor, SENIA.

The hands-on 2-day event was staged at the BAMBOO Ballroom in Bucharest, an exclusive and well-known place for leisure and fun. It enjoyed the participation of lighting and video specialists from rental, television, theatre, show and event markets. All of them returned highly positive feedback!

Robe’s Ingo Dombrowski and Gerald Heise performed an entertaining double act that featured an animated and amusing live comparison between “Analog Ingo’s Classic Moving Lights” and ‘Digital Gerald’s Digital Moving Lights”.

Robe’s Digital Moving Lights – the DigitalSpot 3000 and 7000 DT were the stars of the show. Impressively illustrated were their ‘mid-air effects’ and unbeaten evenness, the brightness of the colour wash module and the massive possibilities offered by the digital media engine.

The audience responded to the presentation with a plethora of questions and detailed demo requests, which was followed up with an avalanche of positive comments.

“It was an extremely well organized event thanks to the SENIA team,” says Gerald Heise. They were led by General Manager Elisabeta Menadi and Marketing Manager Radu Tiganetea, with technical support by Ionut Grigorov, Marian Zanfir and Mihaela Ursu.

Whilst the Roadshow was in town, some lighting projects that are perfect candidates for Robe Digital Moving Lights were directly identified, and SENIA will be busy during the coming months turning ideas into concrete plans, projects and sales.
