“Robe Digital” Global Roadshow is Launched

Robe lighting launches its first major worldwide roadshow “Robe Digital” at PLASA 2008.

This is linked to a wider “Robe Digital” campaign, emphasizing the growing importance of digital technology in the quest for creative innovation, and Robe’s commitment to offer lighting, visual and scenic designers the best and most flexible tools on the market.

The Roadshow is specially designed to highlight Robe’s latest products and innovations, including its Digital moving lights, RDM Communication and RED (Robe Emitting Diode) LED technology.

Robe also launches a new website www.robedigital.com to coincide with the Roadshow tour, listing all the dates and locations, complete with visitor pre-registration facilities.

The new website is designed to become the first-stop portal for anyone seeking the latest technical and product information on Robe’s constantly developing Digital range. In addition to registering for the Robe Digital tour, visitors to www.robedigital.com can sign-up to receive Robe’s regular newsletters, download datasheets, etc. It will be a lively, interactive, information-led micro-site promoting Robe’s new wave of Digital fixtures.

On the Roadshow, Robe’s products and innovative concepts will be presented by Technical Sales Manager Ales Grivac and Sales Support Manager Gerald Heise in conjunction with local distributors in each of the host countries.

It is aimed at designers and product specifiers from all sectors of the professional entertainment, leisure, architectural, retail, commercial and industrial lighting industries.

Highlighted products will include Robe’s new DigitalSpot 3000 DT and DigitalSpot 7000 DT moving projectors, the DreamBox interface, the REDWash 3•192 LED moving head and the 700 and 2500 series’ moving lights.

The ethos behind this world show is to create a relaxed and calm environment with plenty of opportunity for visitors to get hands on and ‘live’ with the products as well as offering some theoretical elements, Q&A sessions, etc. It will also be an ideal opportunity for people to meet the Robe team and discuss their ideas and requirements one-to-one and in greater depth.
